I initially ran into a few technical problems, which resulted in me having to contact technical services. I spoke with a gentleman, who identified himself as Bryan; the Tech. Bryan was a lifesaver. He was kind, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable of the process. He was especially patient and helped me to feel in control of a situation that was very new to me.
