I am the owner of DC, and signed up with your merchant program in December of 2009. As a distributor, we have not encountered any credit card transactions until today. I attempted to process the sale via Blackberry with no success. I contacted tech support and spoke with Joey. Not only did Joey remedy the issue, he took the time for me to execute the sale, adjust my passwords, explain the web site processing and set my business up to conduct transactions on said site.
