I particularly appreciated the fact that she paused frequently because it gave me time to ask questions about what she had just shared, which made it easier for me to understand and grasp the information. At the end, she gave me the opportunity to go over my questions that had not been answered yet, and she patiently responded to each of them. When I hung up the phone, I remember saying to myself, ‘Wow, she just spent 40 minutes with me, and I didn’t even feel rushed.’ Plus, when she took my basic information, she did a great job of making small business talk, which eased the process of what could’ve been perceived as intimidating, especially for someone who has never done this before.

Over the past few weeks, because of my work schedule, Adam took over and began working with Julia. After the first phone call, he, too said that he really liked her and that she spent a good amount of time on the phone with him. He had the same experience of asking a number of questions which resulted in her responding very patiently and professionally. By the time their call ended, he was comfortable with how Money Man 4 Business worked and what it had to offer. He, too was sold.

Working with an account executive who is well informed and, yet, is comfortable asking for help in order to provide us with correct answers, is very reassuring. Working with Julia has been a refreshing experience, and we appreciate the time, assistance, patience, and professionalism she has given us throughout the entire process thus far.
