We act as a licensed insurance agency and broker. We help individuals, families, and businesses identify suitable life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products. We do not underwrite policies, set carrier terms, make coverage decisions, process claims, or guarantee policy approval. All insurance policies are issued solely by the respective licensed insurance carriers. MM4I is not responsible for claim denials, delays, or any coverage decisions made by the carrier.

The Site is operated by Money Man 4 Integrity (“MM4I,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a division of National Money Man 4 Cash Advance, LLC. By submitting any inquiry, application, or other information through the Site, or by using any of the services offered by MM4I, you (the “User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein.
  2. Unauthorized Use

For all services, MM4I operates as your advocate and service provider, striving to find the most suitable and affordable solutions based on your needs. However, final decisions, terms, and approval are made solely by the respective service providers, financial institutions, or insurance carriers. MM4I does not control or guarantee those outcomes.

  1. Your Consent to Communications

By submitting any inquiry, census form, quote request, or application on the Site, or by emailing or calling MM4I, you expressly consent to be contacted by us and our authorized representatives using any of the following methods:

  1. Quotes and Census Forms

 

  1. Quotes Are Estimates: When you submit a census form, inquiry, or quote request, MM4I may provide estimated premium amounts, coverage options, and policy terms. These estimates are projections based on the information you provide and general carrier rate tables. They are not final offers, do not constitute a policy, and do not bind MM4I or any insurance carrier to issue coverage.
  1. No Coverage Is in Effect:
  2. You have submitted a complete and accurate application.
  3. The insurance carrier has reviewed and approved your application.
  4. The carrier has issued a policy, and
  5. You have paid the required initial premium.
  • Census Form Process

When you complete a census form on our website, you will be asked to provide personal information including:

  1. Name, date of birth, and contact information
  2. Social Security Number (for identity verification)
  3. Driver’s License information
  4. Personal and family medical history
  5. Current prescription information
  6. Lifestyle and health habits (including tobacco/nicotine use)
  7. Income and employment information

All information provided during the census process is kept strictly confidential between MM4I and the client, and is shared only with insurance carriers as necessary for underwriting and quoting purposes.

  1. 30-Day Free Look Period

If a policy is issued, you will have a 30-day free look period (or as otherwise required by applicable state law) to review your policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel the policy within this period and receive a full refund of any premiums paid.

The free look period begins on the date you receive and sign for delivery of your policy. Details may vary by state and carrier; refer to your policy documents for specific timelines.

  1. Payment Processing Quotes and Applications:

When you submit an inquiry for payment processing services, MM4I may provide estimated rates, fees, and terms. These estimates are projections based on the information you provide and general processor rate tables. They are not final offers, do not constitute a contract, and do not bind MM4I or any payment processor to provide services.

No payment processing services are in effect until:

  1. You have submitted a complete and accurate application;
  2. The payment processor has reviewed and approved your application;
  3. A merchant account has been established; and
  4. You have executed the required agreements.
  5. Authorization to Use Your Information

 

When you submit a census form, application, payment processing inquiry, or any other information to MM4I, you grant MM4I full authorization to:

  1. Use that information to evaluate your insurance needs, payment processing requirements, and provide quotes;
  2. Share your information and documents with licensed insurance carriers, payment processors, underwriters, and their affiliates as necessary to secure policy offers, pre-approvals, merchant accounts, or final issuance;
  • Verify your identity and information with third-party data sources, including prescription databases, medical information bureaus, motor vehicle records (MVR), consumer reporting agencies, and credit bureaus;
  1. Submit applications on your behalf to one or more insurance carriers or payment processors.

 

This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your engagement and throughout any active policy period. You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete. If you knowingly submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information and a policy is denied, delayed, or rescinded as a result, you remain fully liable for MM4I’s compensation as set forth in any applicable agreement.

By using our services, you also authorize MM4I and its carrier partners to obtain consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports about you, including medical and prescription history, to underwrite your insurance application and verify information.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Security

MM4I takes the protection of your personal and business information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and all protocols required by applicable federal and state law, to safeguard your documents and data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

We treat your information as confidential and will not sell, rent, or lease it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your information only:

  1. With insurance carriers and service providers necessary to complete your insurance application or service request;
  2. As required by law or legal process; or
  • With your prior written consent.

While we strive to protect all information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge that inherent risks exist beyond our control.

HIPAA Compliance: MM4I and its carrier partners are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state privacy laws.

MM4I respects your privacy and gives you the opportunity to opt out of having your non-public personal information shared with non-affiliated third parties (other than insurance carriers necessary to process your application). You may opt out at any time by:

MM4I does not condition the provision of any product or service on the purchase of insurance from MM4I or any of its affiliates. You are free to obtain insurance from any licensed agent or broker of your choice. Your decision to purchase insurance through MM4I is entirely voluntary and will not affect your ability to obtain any other product or service from MM4I.9.     Consumer Grievance ProcessMM4I is committed to resolving consumer complaints in a fair and timely manner.   1. Non-Discrimination

MM4I does not discriminate against any applicant or insured based on their status as a victim of domestic violence. In accordance with applicable state and federal law, we do not use domestic violence status as a criterion in underwriting, pricing, renewal, scope of coverage, or claims handling decisions.

  1. Agent Terms (Independent Contractors)

This Section 8 applies exclusively to individuals who apply to become or are engaged as independent agents representing MM4I.

  1. Independent Contractor Status

All agents engaged by MM4I are independent contractors, not employees. Nothing in these Terms or any separate agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between MM4I and any agent. Agents are solely responsible for:

  1. All federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes;
  2. Obtaining and maintaining all required insurance licenses in the states where they conduct business;
  3. Maintaining Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage, with minimum coverage limits as specified by MM4I or applicable law;
  4. All business expenses, including but not limited to marketing costs, office supplies, travel, and professional development; and
  5. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier guidelines.
  6. Licensing Requirements

All agents must be properly licensed in the state(s) where they sell insurance products. Agents are required to:

  1. Hold a valid life insurance license (for life and annuity products);
  2. Hold a valid health insurance license (for health products);
  3. Complete all required continuing education (CE) credits; and
  4. Notify MM4I immediately of any license suspension, revocation, or disciplinary action.
  • Carrier Appointments

Agents must be appointed with each insurance carrier whose products they sell. MM4I will assist with carrier appointments, but agents are responsible for completing all required carrier paperwork and training.

  1. Commission Structure

Agent compensation is commission-based, paid by the insurance carriers as described in the relevant carrier commission schedules. MM4I will provide each agent with a written Commission Agreement detailing the split or structure. All commissions are earned and paid in accordance with carrier payment cycles. No commissions are earned until:

  1. The policy is issued and delivered;
  2. The initial premium is paid; and

c)     The free look period has expired.

  1. Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention

For a period of thirty-six (36) months following the termination of an agent’s engagement with MM4I, the agent shall not:

  1. Solicit, contact, or service any client or prospective client that MM4I introduced to the agent;
  2. Solicit, recruit, or hire any other MM4I agent for a competing venture; or
  3. Circumvent MM4I to directly contract with any insurance carrier that MM4I introduced or appointed the agent to represent.
  1. Compliance with Carrier Guidelines

All agents must strictly follow the underwriting guidelines, compliance rules, and marketing standards of each insurance carrier they represent. MM4I reserves the right to terminate any agent who violates carrier guidelines or applicable law.

  1. Fees and Compensation
  2. Client Fees: MM4I charges no direct fees to clients for insurance quoting and placement services. MM4I’s compensation is paid by the insurance carriers through commissions included in the policy premiums. In some cases, MM4I may charge a consultation or administrative fee, which will be disclosed in writing prior to engagement.
  3. Client Fees – Payment Processing Services

MM4I may charge fees for payment processing services, including but not limited to:

  1. Setup and installation fees
  2. Monthly service fees
  • Transaction fees (percentage of each transaction)
  1. Equipment lease or purchase fees
  2. Loaner terminal fees ($9.50 – $14.50 monthly)
  3. Integrity Advantage equipment insurance fees
  • Equipment upgrade fees ($125)
  • Early termination fees (if applicable)

All fees will be disclosed in writing prior to engagement. MM4I’s compensation for payment processing services may be paid directly by the client or through revenue sharing arrangements with payment processors.

  1. Payment Processor Compensation Disclosure: MM4I may receive compensation from payment processors through referral fees, residual income, or revenue sharing arrangements. Upon request, MM4I will disclose the compensation we expect to receive for any specific referral. This disclosure is provided for transparency and is not a suggestion of which processor to choose.
  1. Insurance Carrier Commission Disclosure: Commission rates vary by carrier and product type. Upon request, MM4I will disclose the commission rate we expect to receive for any specific policy. This disclosure is provided for transparency and is not a suggestion of which product to purchase.
  • Agent Commission Disputes: Any dispute regarding agent commissions shall be resolved in accordance with the Commission Agreement signed by the agent. In the absence of a specific Commission Agreement, MM4I’s standard commission schedule shall apply.
  1. Potential Disruption of Service

 

  1. There may be occasions when this Website is inaccessible, delayed, or operating at reduced capacity due to circumstances including but not limited to:
  2. Technical failures in hardware or software, including devices, servers, internet connections, or network infrastructure;
  • Excessive demand or capacity overload on our systems;
  1. Environmental events such as extreme weather, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other acts beyond human control;
  2. Full or partial loss of electricity or essential utility services;
  3. Labor disruptions or work stoppages, whether partial or complete;
  • Directives from regulatory bodies, judicial orders, or government authorities;
  • Any other circumstance outside MM4I’s reasonable ability to prevent or control.

MM4I assumes no liability for losses or inconveniences resulting from such disruptions and retains the right to suspend or discontinue Website access at any time without advance notice. MM4I shall not be liable for any such interruptions or delays. MM4I reserves the right to terminate any or all Website offerings or transmissions without prior notice.

  1. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and their compilation) is owned by MM4I or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

  1. Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission from MM4I.
  1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

MM4I does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18, either online or offline. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use www.moneyman4integrity.com or www.mm4i.insure without the permission of a parent or guardian.

  1. International Users

The Site is controlled, operated, and administered by MM4I from its offices within the United States of America. All use of this Site, whether by domestic or international users, is governed exclusively by applicable United States federal, state, and local laws. If you access the Site from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to use MM4I content in any manner prohibited by such laws.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MM4I, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:

  1. Your use of the Site or our services;
  2. Your violation of these Terms or any separate agreement with MM4I;
  • Any false, fraudulent, or misleading information you provide;
  1. Your violation of any third-party rights; or
  2. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

MM4I may, at its own expense, assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully in asserting any available defense.

  1. Limitation of Liability

GIVEN THE INHERENT LIMITATIONS OF DIGITAL SYSTEMS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR UNFORESEEN ERRORS, THE SITE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE MADE AVAILABLE STRICTLY ON AN ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MM4I AND ANY ASSOCIATED DATA PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, FREEDOM FROM HARMFUL CODE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

MM4I ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES, INACCURACIES, DELAYS IN ACCESS, INCOMPATIBILITIES WITH USER DEVICES OR BROWSERS, OR ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE FROM FACTORS OUTSIDE MM4I’S DIRECT CONTROL. NOTHING IN THESE DISCLAIMERS SHALL BE INTERPRETED AS WAIVING OR RESTRICTING ANY OBLIGATION MM4I HOLDS TOWARD ITS CLIENTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MM4I BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FORM OF INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSS INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER MM4I WAS MADE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH HARM OR THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS BROUGHT.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or these Terms is to discontinue use of the Site.

  1. Policy denial or rescission
  2. Premium increases
  3. Claim denial or delay
  4. Carrier insolvency
  5. Any coverage disputes between you and the carrier

Additional Disclaimer for Payment Processing and Equipment Services

MM4I does not guarantee approval for any payment processing account. All approval decisions are made solely by the payment processors. MM4I does not manufacture or guarantee any payment processing equipment, including but not limited to Clover systems, Swipe Simple devices, Verifone, PAX, and INGENICO terminals. Equipment is provided subject to manufacturer warranties and terms. MM4I is not responsible for:

  1. Account denial or termination
  2. Rate increases or fee changes
  3. Transaction delays or declines
  4. Processor insolvency
  5. Any disputes between you and the payment processor
  6. Chargebacks, fraud losses, or other transaction-related losses
  7. Equipment malfunctions or defects
  8. Loss or damage to equipment while in transit
  9. Manufacturer discontinuation of support
  10. Compatibility issues with existing systems
  1. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
  2. Agreement to Arbitrate: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, any separate agreement, or the services provided by MM4I whether based on contract, tort, statute, or equity shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) / JAMS under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16).
  3. Location and Governing Law: Any arbitration, dispute resolution, or court proceeding shall take place in Harris County, Houston, Texas. The arbitrator shall apply the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement and all matters related hereto are governed by the rules, laws, and regulations of the State of Texas.
  • Pre-Dispute Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the other party in writing and negotiating in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.
  1. Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate multiple parties’ claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

THIS MEANS YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST MM4I.

  1. Costs and Attorney’s Fees: The prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs and attorney’s fees.
  2. Survival: This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms and any separate agreement.
  3. Termination and Access Restriction

MM4I reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination, including fee obligations, commission obligations, and the non-solicitation obligations described in Section 8.

  1. Enforceability and Governing Law

Should any individual provision within these Terms be found legally invalid or impossible to enforce, that provision alone shall be severed, while all remaining provisions continue to operate with full legal effect. The severed provision shall be substituted with a valid and enforceable provision that most accurately reflects the original intent. These Terms coexist with and do not supersede any separate agreement you may have entered into directly with MM4I. Access to and use of this Website is subject to the laws of the State of Texas and also the Federal Government of the United States of America.
